To achieve outcomes, Kenai fosters inclusive environments through inclusive management where everyone has a voice. This often means managers need to expand their capabilities and acquire new skills. Kenai look to outside providers for professional development of our staff. Kenai focuses our Diversity Outcome efforts across these strategic areas:

Innovation and creativity: we aim to bring heterogenous minds and stories to the design and operation of the programs purpose.

Team performance and Motivation: Kenai looks to employee a diverse team. We recognise this leads to stronger problem solving and decision making which drives success for us and our clients. We recognise an inclusive culture boosts morale and engagement for our employees and benefits to productivity and lower staff turnover.

Living wage strategy: Kenai pays our employees a living Wage rate. We want to ensure our workers get enough money to live with dignity. Kenai puts our people and the communities at the heart of everything we do so that we all succeed.

Training: Kenai limited have internal training measures in place to support staff to enter training and gain qualifications relevant to their employment.
